@Libbylibs101@iain_mac You said passed off the park in the first twenty minutes, your golden chances came in the second half. First twenty minutes the ball was passed around until it went back to Ward just so he could kick it long, usually straight out the park.
@SteelmenNews There’d be no conspiracy if you’d scored one of your five/six golden opportunities. Easy to cry about decisions when you lose, but you should be directing your disappointment at the players that missed said chances that would’ve won the game.
@TotalMotherwell Wouldn’t have been manufactured for hearts to win if Motherwell had simply scored any of the four or five golden chances they inexplicably missed. Don’t blame the system when you could easily have won the game without the system even having a say.
@EwenDCameron@STVFootballShow@STVRonnie@Calbell0 I agree with you, but Leonard wasn’t to know the ref was watching. By falling over he ensured there’d be a var check at the minimum. Either way, the correct decision was reached.
@TerrorinMC@STVFootballShow@STVRonnie@EwenDCameron@Calbell0 Yes,in the same way players exaggerate impact on fouls on them to ensure they get the decision.I understand being annoyed by the hearts players reaction, but you should be directing your anger at your own player for being daft enough to give him the opportunity in the first place.
@EwenDCameron@STVFootballShow@STVRonnie@Calbell0 Probably. But falling over brings it immediately to the referees attention. If he stays on his feet, the correct decision might not have been reached because Leonard wasn’t to know that the ref was watching him during the incident and as such, it could have been overlooked.
@EuanPringle If the exact same incident had happened a week previous in the Falkirk v Celtic game, but the roles were reversed and it was a Falkirk defender sent off you can stick your life on it that it wouldn’t have been mentioned ever again.
@mrCDPDluvsCherL@ScotlandSky If it was the other way around you know for a fact it’d have been a straight red card and not a single Celtic supporter would dispute otherwise
