My work day will go from 150% to about 10% in less than a week (give or take)...and I'm brainstorming ideas for content to do in our downtime.

@sorokoTTV I am picking up intermittent fasting again. I started back in Jan of 2021 and I've since lost almost 85lbs. You just need to make sure that calories don't control your life, that's the hardest part. If you want to DM me and ask me questions, feel free :)

@sorokoTTV @queersicle Critical Role is a D&D Podcast/YouTube/Twitch Channel that is a bunch of nerdy ass voice actors who play D&D. :) It's a wild ride. 3 seasons (+ side seasons) of awesome story telling.

If you're into D&D/Fantasy Story Telling, I'd give it a shot. It's a huge time commitment tho.

If you don't think a therapist will help you. Or think therapy wouldn't work for you. Please go try. At least try. I thought it wouldn't work for me and it's doing wonders thus far.

Just remember it may take time to find a therapist that fits.
