Day 6 Euro Tour 🇩🇪

Augsburg 1-1 Union Berlin

Modern stadium & great facilities for food & drink - had a ‘hub’ sort of feel to things.

Game pretty average other than goal from Alexis Claude-Maurice. Drama at the end with red card & late equaliser.

Atmosphere was okay.

Day 5 Euro Tour 🇩🇪

Köln 1-3 Bayern Munich

Really enjoyed the stadium & both sets of fans were very vocal. Köln pyros delayed the game for 10mins, but was a solid display.

Food inside was good, although queues long.

Bayern deserved winners - very sharp in attacking phases.

2) While the ‘Yellow Wall’ looked impressive only 30% of the stand contributed to the atmosphere.

Interesting concept of home & away fans freely mingling where I was stood & no issues.

Food & drink inside was plentiful & very good.

Overall, happy to have ticked it off.

1) Euro Tour Day 4 🇩🇪

Borussia Dortmund 3-0 Werder Bremen

Westfalenstadion as impressive as I thought in terms of size & captivates the imagination. The ‘Yellow Wall’ is a brilliant sight.

Bremen started the brighter, but Dortmund more clinical & deserving of the win.

Euro Tour Day 3 🇮🇹

Genoa 3-0 Cagliari FT

Another iconic Italian stadium in the Luigi Ferraris, shared between Genoa CFC & U.C. Sampdoria.

A good win for Genoa, but the score does not reflect the game.

Genoa fans were really good. One of the best I have heard in Europe.

Euro Tour Day 2 🇮🇹

Inter 2-2 Napoli FT

3rd time at the San Siro & it’s the most iconic stadium in football for me. Facilities are poor & dated, but the ambience is unbeatable.

Inter fans superb as ever in the Curva Nord.

Napoli played well, but Inter were defensively poor.

Como 1–1 Bologna FT

Nice stadium, stood behind the goal with a decent view. Food & drink a bit limited.

Jesús Rodríguez the standout. Direct, skilful, electric dribbler.

Good atmosphere, Como fans were loud. Bit of trouble pre-game. Draw was a fair result.
