In 2023 I travelled like 700km to Toronto to see him at a con because he rarely comes to Canada and he's been one of my favourite actors forever.
I waited hours in line to meet him and didn't have much money so paid to have pics with him before but then only had enough for a signature on a pic.
When it was time, I got to say all that to him and he looked flabbergasted I would do all this just to come there, not even for the con, but to see him, meet him in person and talk and said "What??? That's insane I don't even understand???" And asked me, even if I couldn't afford it, if I wanted to take pictures, more signatures, and a hug on the house. It was amazing and he was such a kind guy, so for Tarantino to be acting so despicable towards such a generous individual really displays what kind of rotten twat he is underneath, that Norm caricature hit the spot.
