@robbodaflowgod@aquavitae96 I asked why you thought similarities with humans means God can't exist, and this is the retort? Seriously, you need to explain why your reasoning makes sense, or at least what philosophy it's based in.
@lamon_po@Matthew52113935@reddit_lies Scripture is saying we existed in the womb, which aligns with the scientific view that life begins at conception (when sperm meets egg). Additionally, 2.4 billion people are Christians, which means this view of life is common, not outlandish at all.
@robbodaflowgod@aquavitae96 Scientists also say there was no time before the big bang, which means no events can occur which means the big bang is impossible.
Also, where did the singularity come from? Did it always exist? Because the Christian belief is that God has always existed.
@Matthew52113935@reddit_lies According to scripture, God knew us in the womb. So Jesus always finds us first. This is the result of falling away from God.
@celestiumart@ironpotate I am Christian. I can comprehend why people like Kirsche, it's okay to just disagree with her and move on but I honestly think this worldview always should be combated because the slippery slope is very real. We started with "Safe, legal, rare." to "for any reason at any time."
@ironpotate@celestiumart I dunno, being eugenicist adjacent (my interpretation) is weird, as in, out of the ordinary or uncommon. Even in secular philosophies eugenics is frowned upon.
@Fort4u1@KyleMatthews69@JadeAtrophis Yuri Bezmenov basically covered how and why it happened. It's a real shame people like Joe McCarthy were not listened to. Our society would be in much better condition.
