Everyone should read this...
It's a hard lesson and habit to build, one I'm still working on, but it's vital to be happy and live well.
Take it one step at a time, give yourself breaks, get help where you can/need. You'll get there, we all will @iamtay_tay#selflove#selfcare
Reports of @NoelGallagher's behaviour at Glastonbury were upsetting enough.
But to hear him boast about his actions, and openly mock disabled people in the process, is beyond insulting. 1/5 🧵

@realMICATL@NegiJames@beedeegeee @Ahew76 @JCNL3@nataleebfitness You don't say "so you don't hurt yourself", you say "I was wondering if you'd like a matt to sit?" Then if she goes "No thank you" you say "No problem" and walk away. It's not your job to stop people from hurting themselves if they don't want your help
I started my ADHD pills this week. I got diagnosed late in life (about 6 months ago)
And yoooooooo….Is this how you all have been living?
The amount of things I’m getting done is phenomenal.
This process has honestly changed my life lol
I wanna know if men notice when they’re in a meeting with only men. Like do they ever stop and register “hmm there are only men here” as a conscious observation

I’ve been struggling with depression again lately. Finding it really hard to cope at times. Sending you love if you are too. It’s not your fault. You’re not weak for not being able to pull yourself together. It’s just hard to even breathe sometimes. Wishing you some happy times.
@ID_foxfairy @MyGlitteryBrain I've come across this attitude a lot recently & it's really invalidating. Being told I can't possibly experience something I experience without having a condition I don't have is harmful. My ADHD diagnosis finally validated me, don't take that away cause a symptom overlaps w/ ASD
Here me out here... what if we gave everyone access to accommodations and assistive tech devices & let them use whatever works best for them?
Like, you know, instead of making people prove they're "disabled enough" and restricting tech to things authority figures think they need
Men are terrifying. Not because all men are inherently violent/dangerous. But because so many men are violent and dangerous and so many other men allow them to go unchecked, even fathers with their sons… that it leads to women having no choice but to fear them all.
