The last 2 days I went on solo trek along the Cleveland Way.

Every bit as moving as it looks, with the dramatic coastline bringing breathtaking views, precious thinking time and even the sorrow of a beached whale. I belong by the sea 🌊

Having another outlet for your thoughts and energy. I find running to be kind on both the body and mind - a small but powerful act of self-love that sets the tone for the entire day.

The time away also helps me to look at the bigger picture and bounce around possible solutions in my head.
