@GreenManFest GM Team, Fiona, as an IT Professional I would be seriously questioning Ticketline systems and how they tested them prior to yesterdays debacle. A lot of regular GM goers were unhappy with the outcome and are “looking for an alternative”. I just hope that resonates with you .

@MintysGigGuide @foofighters @principalitysta @viagogo @DCMS It’s a growing issue as gigs/festivals increase and one that needs addressing. As per comment above, other events ie Glastonbury have this nailed, until others align, corrupt unethical orgs like Viagogo will keep on ripping people off. I wish people will stop buying from them.
