After three rounds at the West Frankfort Regional, Johnston City High School scholar bowl team is named regional champion! Next Saturday, we will compete in sectionals at Breese Mater Dei. Coach Stanley and I are so excited to see what the team can do!#jcindians

After a three way tie breaker with Massac County and Carterville, JCHS won the Masonic sectional tournament! Next up is the state competition in Bloomington on Saturday, March 2. We are honored to represent our tribe and sectional!! #jcindians

We are now 3 time Black Diamond Conference champions! After seven rounds we went undefeated and maintained our conference title for the third time! Amelia Anderson and Chase Stanley, placed on the all-conference team. Chase was awarded MVP. #jcindians @JC_Indians

Another amazing season in the books. We had three members named to the All-Sectional team, competed in the Masonic AND the IHSA state championship, and made many memories. They finished the IHSA in the Elite Eight, what an accomplishment! I am one super proud coach. #jcindians

STATE BOUND for the 3rd consecutive year! Today, we won our Sectional Tournament in Gallatin Co. We were undefeated after 3 rds. We played Sesser, Vienna, and Nashville. On 3/16 we play for the State Championship at the Peoria Civic Center. #jcindians
