Rika poured all her power into the next attack, when Tsu did the mask fell.

Nothing supports that Rikatsu is that strong

Rika only goes away after Tsu lands a swing which is the powered up slice Rika was talking abt, there is no reason why Rika wldn't go away from a small swing + Tsu didn't move yet

The NYC council is making changes to prevent them from staying up as long + this is probably just for aesthetics while they're up
