Yes RE4R is missing some iconic one-liners, but it makes up for it by having a more refined, coherent story.
@defi_orbit@horrorvisuals 2.) RE4R also takes modern survival horror mechanics from iconic titles and brings them together under one title.

-Item and ammo crafting of past -RE and modern RE titles.

@defi_orbit@horrorvisuals 1.) For it's time yes, RE4 OG was a huge impact, but if you look at it's development, it was reworked 4 times before Version 5 (RE4 OG).
The OG version isn't the one the devs wanted it to fully be. The way I see it, RE4R is the more definitive version the devs set out to make.
