"They specifically said 'no' beside the question: 'will this break any laws?' But taking down the statue contravened the Ontario Heritage Act, he said. 'A permit is required to remove anything within a heritage district…. They didn’t even apply for it.'”

This is the first case of anti-white discrimination in Ontario history to gain standing before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and yet, as usual, @CBCNews and @CBCToronto are just ignoring our emails. They've never covered a single one of our cases, and yet they'll cover nothing-cases which aren't even granted standing. It seems to us that the disparity in service is because of our race.

How absurd that @PENCanada, which presents itself as a "free expression" organization, just gave a free speech award to @ShreeParadkar, who celebrated when criminal tactics were used to suppress the speech of her ideological opponents @CynthiaWine @philipslayton
Shree Paradkar, an award-winning journalist and equity advocate, has won the 2024 Ken Filkow Prize.

"Ms. Phillips said in the suit that Starbucks... had sought to punish her and other white employees in and around Philadelphia even if they had not been involved in the events that led to the police being called." https://t.co/2hkZ7smA8b
29 months since we first filed, we've now been given a decision from the Quebec Press Council in response to complaint we made against CTV. They rejected all of our grievances. We're now considering suing the council directly for reasons explained here: https://t.co/RgtDXHdnQ3
