Jaguar Nation mourns the loss of a legend. 💙💛

Southern University Athletics remembers Coach Roger Cador — a Hall of Fame coach, championship builder, mentor, and true pillar of Jaguar Nation.

For 33 seasons, Coach Cador transformed Southern Baseball into one of the nation’s premier HBCU programs, capturing 2 HBCU National Championships, 14 SWAC Championships, 11 NCAA Regional appearances, and developing generations of student-athletes.

But his greatest legacy was not measured in wins or trophies — it was measured in the lives he impacted.

A Jaguar forever. A legend forever. 🐆⚾

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Cador family, former players, coaches, and all who were touched by his extraordinary life.
