Today we were happy to host @HSSD students for, "Civics Day." Department heads were able to speak to their roles in local government and potential career opportunities. They also heard from elected officials, ran through a mock election and toured Fire Station 1. - AK #Suamico

US Hwy 41 North of Brown Road in Oconto County will be closed down for a couple of hours due to an accident. Both northbound and southbound lanes closed.
HSSD schools are closed today due to incoming poor weather conditions. There will be no after-school activities today or on Saturday. Have a good day and please stay safe.

Thank you to the Suamico Firefighters Volunteer Association for their support of HSSD! They recently donated $1,000 to The Giving Tree Holiday Store, and $1,000 to HSSD School Nutrition to support a student's nutrition if their family is experiencing financial hardship. 🚒 💗
Brielle Seibert earned a ride to @SuamicoElem in a fire truck to recognize her hard work as a Hydrant Helper. Every year, the @SuamicoFD enlists Hydrant Helpers to clear the snow around fire hydrants to save time during a fire. #StudentSnapshot 🚒
The Village of Suamico will be conducting siren maintenance on the outdoor warning sirens today. Sirens may be set off to ensure that the system is working properly. If you have any questions, call 920-434-3201.
