@ScotRail Oh aye a great new timetable that 😅 I either go to my work 2 hours early or be 40 minutes late, so I'm having to buy a bus tickets on top of my train season ticket now, how to we get refunded for journeys this month? If this is long term I would need refunded my season ticket.

@PMcginley7 @Amelia_mcJ @FirstinGlasgow I know this issue isn't exclusive to 9a service but they definitely prioritize certain routes when short..the 9a just happens to be one of the routes sacrificed likely because you can walk to penilee in 20mins from a 9 but would take closer to 40mins to walk to paisley

@FirstinGlasgow how do I get refunded for my yearly pass as the service has been awful for awhile, regularly waiting over an hour for a bus in Glasgow, seeing the 9a get turned into 9's so the 9 service isn't effected,I have 6mths left I would rather pay the extra for the train

@PMcginley7 @Amelia_mcJ @FirstinGlasgow I asked them before why they regularly change 9a to 9s and the bus from penilee to out of service, the out of service to help trying to get the bus back on schedule from city centre and they have to make decisions to help keep some routes running.

@PMcginley7 @Amelia_mcJ @FirstinGlasgow They say to use the app using the live time but regularly the time comes & no shows, if there was a communication to say sorry no 9a for the next hr to hr & half I could at least jump the 9 and walk the 20mins home but not everyone is mobile enough to do this.

@PMcginley7 @Amelia_mcJ @FirstinGlasgow I know there are driver shortages but I have witnessed the actual bus change its number on numerous occasions over the years...one recently it changed after me and others boarded the bus...we had only realised after it passed the turn in so we all had to walk the rest of the way
