Oh, it gets better - after a good half-hour, the rep actually wanted to charge $15 to re-activate the line.....even though the FULL AMOUNT had been auto-debited 24 hours before, and she has the text messages FROM VERIZON thanking for the FULL AUTO DEBIT!

@VerizonSupport Your support SUCKS! Wife is prepaid for about 10 years. Auto-debited as normal today, but one phone now won't work. Automated system acknowledges payment in full. Unable to reach ANYONE for support!!! Other 2 phones on plan working fine. Yes, rebooted.

@ATVIAssist My Xbox Cold War disc says "Xbox One Game Playable On Xbox Series X". I have a Series X. Unplayable for weeks. Bought b/c disc STATES "Series X". You're telling people with disc to now buy "Series S-X" optimized version. Refund or provide patch!

@AmazonHelp If we as customers are paying you - Amazon - for next day or 2-day delivery via our Prime memberships, then you - Amazon - have a RESPONSIBILITY to PAY for a shipping service that will provide that next or second day delivery service. You are purposely misleading consumers!

@AmazonHelp Well, you - Amazon - are not the ones delivering the packages. You're advertising guaranteed delivery dates, but it appears you're shipping the products via standard UPS ground which can take up to a week. You - Amazon - are not paying UPS for the 2-day shipping.

@AmazonHelp I apologize, I thought what I wrote was very clear - my orders that are being shipped via UPS are arriving almost up to a week late - that is, up to a week after the "guaranteed delivery date". Not 1 order - looks like ALL orders being shipped via UPS.
