Uber deactivated my account on July 8, claiming I submitted a "fake document," but won't tell me which one. All my documents showed as approved, and I have screenshots. After 5 years driving with Uber I deserved a chance to re-upload any document instead of being deactivated.

I know it’s just a 1 star but for me it’s not. The passenger was rude and angry with me. She said it’s takes 5 minutes from her home to destination if I take straight on intersection.

Yesterday,a passenger gave me 1 star on Uber X bcz I took left instead of straight on intersection. It’s a cycle lane straightpath on the photo,right? I obeyed road rules but passenger not. I canceled the trip and gave 1 star to passenger, but I also got 1 star .How’s that work?
