@PotteryBarnKids 4. My biggest mistake was to make a purchase from your store. Shame on you guys for selling faulty products and not fixing your mistake. I was told by your reps that 2020 crib and 2022 toddler conversion won’t work well together. Then was this being sold???!!!

@PotteryBarnKids “Help” after me spending hours over the phone? I was told that a rep will call me. No one has. Then I was told I’ll get a new conversion kit. But what good is a new kit that won’t work with my exhausting crib???? I’ll dm you let’s see what you can do.

@PotteryBarnKids 3. Called to reschedule now I am being told you can’t coz this purchase was made more than 2 years ago. Then I was told I never paid for the crib. I have a receipt I said. Then I was told “we’re sorry the customer rep supervisor won’t speak to you.”

@PotteryBarnKids 2. Your customer service 1st said they will replace the crib/ toddler bed early Jan. Came to take the crib but no replacement. So I sent them back. Then I was told I will get a refund after I return the whole thing. I had to reschedule coz I was in the hospital.

@PotteryBarnKids 1. Purchased a crib end of 2020 and a toddler bed conversion end of 2022. Listen to what happens to the crib after the conversion.

@lamarzocco why is your general customer service so bad in the US? I have been trying to reach someone regarding a purchase I made and have had absolutely no luck hearing back. This is truly sad. You’d think buying from a company like yours would mean the best customer service.
