My internet has been down for a week, I understand the difficulties with the cyclone and rain but other service providers in the same area are restoring connection for others but @HathwayBrdband does not seem to be bothered. Lousy customer service.

@HathwayBrdband appalled at your customer service. Internet down for more than 48 hours, complained raised, no reply no contact from anyone and if I call your customer care I'm being put on hold for 15 mins only for the call to disconnect. Going to change service after this month
