I used my slice payments account for only slice borrow which credited from north east small finance bank Now there is a hold of such amount. The bank @slice_cares not providing transactions details of that transaction .Why you providing slice borrow from fraud funds

@slice_cares @slicebank No response from your team. Delhi Cyber Cell says the case was transferred and asked me to get the transaction details from the bank. The bank and cyber authorities keep referring me to each other, leaving me in a deadlock. Extremely disappointing service.

@slice_cares @slicebank Rather I used slice bank for just to borrow the slice credit. I can provide the my whole system and you guys cant prove me wrong. If you guys are disguise i think you just given the slice credit from the fraud funds. Rather than giving info of the fraudelent transaction

There was a sudden deduction with an amount put on hold in my account. I contacted Slice CC, but they couldn't provide the transaction details or date only a complaint ID and advised me to call 1930. Cyber Cell also had no details and asked me to contact the bank @slice_cares
