City Centre Metro Station. The route to Howrah has long been operational, yet the Board reads Phool Bagan. Metro is using paper stickers to add Howrah and Sealdah. Please new vinyl board be installed. It looks so bad in a new infrastructure.

Kolkata Metro Esplanade Green line metro station has no proper sewerage . The outside of station looks like gutter. Is this a world-class facility ?

While the overbridge to connect Majerhat railway and Metro station passes over Platform 4-5, there is no ramp towards these platforms. Pls build a ramp down the platform so that Circular rail users may avail the metro easily.
