What kind of credit card services you are providing, my credit card limit has not increased yet , after using the card and paid my dues on time it's been years passed away, all my dues are paid on time. But today I am disappointed.

Examples users still face issues with:

• Utkarsh Small Finance Bank @Utkarshsfbl

Even in 2026, many users still report:

❌ Bill fetch failures
❌ Missing card support
❌ Delayed confirmations
❌ Limited payment options on third-party apps

RBI’s BBPS vision was to make credit card bill payments seamless across all apps & banks.
Full integration is still pending for several issuers.
