The judges raised the important point of differences within the family. Hence the bench asked a ‘direct’ heir to approach the court. As a matter of course the bench will ask the govt to file a response.

Two important points that need to be kept in mind:

(1) This is not a matter of mere family dispute. As it has been noted numerous times by the courts and the govt, it is a matter of national importance.

(2) All those idiots who keep saying that Anita is not Netaji’s daughter must approach the Supreme Court and establish their point. It is a golden chance for them. Or else shut up forever.

But people are too reluctant to take that risk or think about it.
