PENSION is DEFERRED payment of WAGES;  PENSION & UPDATION are INSEPARABLE.  NON-UPDATION of PENSION is  DENIAL of FULL WAGES; Denial of WAGES is HUMAN RIGHT VIOLATION, PUNISHABLE under the LAW.  

DENIAL of UPDATION in PSBs is UN-LAWFULL.

Sr/Super Sr citizens begging justice. Pension fixed 20-25Yrs ago not enough even for Medical. Denying rights available in Reg., Constitution, Pension defination. Thus,living in harness. Breach of Human Rights. Appeal to PM FM unheard.Hence, Democracy in danger.
