Just a comparison of Petrol / Diesel prices between UPA tenure & the BJP tenure.

- When the crude was at $109.07 Indians were paying Rs.45.5/- per litre for petrol
- When the crude was at $123 we were paying Rs.58/- & when it was $119 we were shelling out Rs.65/- for a litre of Petrol.

Under the current regime:

- When the brent was at $74 Indians paying Rs.75/- for a litre
- When at $40 were Paying Rs.79/- & when brent at $75 we Indians were shedding close to Rs.100/- for a litre of petrol.

In Jun'2020 there came a time Diesel prices exceeded the Petrol Prices.

We all know the dependence of Agriculture sector on Diesel, be it tractor to the irrigation pumps.

Entire Transporation depends upon Diesel Prices, be it Trucks or Railways.

Price of every commodity increased exponentially all this while.
But we Indians were busy discussing Mandir, Beef, Cow smuggling, Article 370, Hindu Rashtra in turn.
Things which exactly do not impact our day to day life.
