Is this your service you provide to your worldwide customers? One of my baggage is missing from last 3 days and your team is still not able to trace it ! This is 2019 and you can't even scan the barcode of my bag? #worstCustomerService

@AmericanAir can you please check the matter. As @EtihadAirways says that my bag was not sent from Dallas to JFK as my domestic flight was through your airlines.they say your team is not replying their email. Someone please take the responsibility and find the bag. Plz cooperate

@EtihadHelp So what happened to your investigation. Seriously r u an international brand and this is ur service.. my baggage is missing since last 4 days and I'm stuck in Kolkata for this baggage and u r so relaxed. Nobody is even providing me updates on a regular basis.

@EtihadHelp PIR- CCUEY13109.. I think you will give the same reply as other customer care representative. I can see the other post in Google, many of other customers faced the same experience like me. How can my bag become untraceable? Don't you have a system to track it?
