I have been waiting for my visa for 10 months, separated from my family, friends & job. Y’all can estimate the financial loses & the mental distress.

Recently, I stayed at a 5 star hotel in a top-tier city in India. I was assaulted by another guest for requesting him to lower his voice while he was shouting at a waitress in the lounge.
What should I expect from the hotel management? Any benefits?

They craft good food. They do not stop there. They go beyond to serve complimenting dishes for the hungry souls to have a great experience.

While your doctors and nurses are really good, the customer care section is TERRIBLE.
Zero accountability at work. They just assume patient’s family will know stuff out of thin air. Someone must train them to care for customer.

when we visit restaurants; after the meal, we can keep the plates arranged, and the NON-DIRTY side towards the edge.
Helpful for the waiter.
She/he is a human, providing service, NOT a slave.

I casually asked if they have avocado, because I like avocado toast in breakfast. But, pleasantly surprised, their restaurant manager to chef comes and asks me every other day if I would like to have an avocado toast 🙂

While you advertise of customer satisfaction your flight attendants just ignore the same. I am and will be calling out flight attendant Crystal on flight 1077 from LAX to Seattle sept 8, 2:20pm just refused to let my wife board the flight instead of the one at 3:20pm

When requested because the 3:20 one got delayed. There was space on the current flight.

Please investigate before preaching about customer satisfaction/comfort.

The Rover completed its assignments.

It is now safely parked and set into Sleep mode.
APXS and LIBS payloads are turned off.
Data from these payloads is transmitted to the Earth via the Lander.

Currently, the battery is fully charged.
The solar panel is oriented to receive the light at the next sunrise expected on September 22, 2023.
The receiver is kept on.

Hoping for a successful awakening for another set of assignments!
Else, it will forever stay there as India's lunar ambassador.
