Hey @elgato, this is unacceptable.

A friend of mine ordered a Wild Lavender LP Mic Arm and received it rusted out of the box. You sent a replacement, and a month later it showed up scuffed, scratched, with magnets literally detached inside the arm.

This isn't bad luck, it's a pattern. Your quality control is clearly failing here, and it raises concerns about what else might be slipping through.

Two defective units in a row shouldn’t happen. Please fix this immediately.

@oceanrgatsby If they're going to split things by 8 hour increments just shift the clock 4 hours each day (starts at 0800, next day starts at 1200, then 1600, then 2000, etc.)
