Do u hv any Shame ?? As u people r playing with customers'money and till now Airtel SIM Barr & even Rs. 839/- which I hv recharge on 2nd Marh 3.41 pm tht amnt is not yet credited to my account till the time SIM barr. 19 days gone but still Airtel playing with my money.

@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence I have purchased New SIM Frm Airtel Durgapur WB Service Centre on 2nd March at 3.15 pm and also recharge 839 at 3.41pm but till date SIM not activated & balance also nt showing & Recharge amount also not credit in my account. Total harassment.

Today is 12th Aug 2023 and till date no one calls and tries to resolve the issue as after recharge on 13th July 2023 till date we r unable to use TataPlay as till date account deactivate and again asking for recharge.
