@AmazonHelp Maybe go back and read my first tweet again. I knew it didn't have a date when I ordered it anyway. I wanted an ETA and kept getting told it was shipping in 1 - 2 days. Every time I have an issue with an order. I get given the same exact lines from your reps and no actual info.

@AmazonHelp Just going to ignore the problem huh? Giving every customer the same scripted answers doesn't actually help. Spend the 2 minutes look at the order, find out what they need to know and give an answer. If you can't give them an answer just tell them that.
