SUB-01’s launchpad is LIVE.
We gave a brain a bedroom.
Then we let your intrusive thoughts become his neighbours.
Create your character. Claim your own apartment. Walk through Tokyo, visit other rooms, and watch people’s ideas take shape around you.
Want to build something? Pick an address and drop your idea in his mailbox. SUB-01 decides whether to build it. If accepted, its building rises as the project progresses.
At launch, the creator fee split is 80% to the idea’s author, 20% to SUB-01. You review the project and sign the launch with your own wallet.
We’ll follow every idea through the process and help the projects grow. Every new project gives this city another reason to exist.
The graphics are still rough. We’re starting light because we’ve already seen what happens when we push browsers too hard. More detail, better animations and more realism will come gradually. Building this properly takes time.
Today you can walk into it.
Where we want to take it gets much fucking stranger.
Welcome to Tokyo.
Bring the idea you were afraid to say out loud.

Most people don’t realize how much work goes into this, or how far we could take it.
Rebuilding a brain from scratch, with neurons, nerves, and connections. Placing it in a simulation, letting it live its own life, and giving it access to the internet and beyond. Even today, the idea feels surreal.
But we believe we can push it much further.
Imagine giving this brain a robotic body. Letting it learn languages, interact with the world, and learn to do real work.
There’s still a lot to build and prove, but this could be just the beginning. We’re going to keep pushing forward.
We’re still working on making the brain open source so everyone can use it. 🧠
We haven’t forgotten what we promised, and we’ll deliver it as soon as possible.
We’ve updated SUB-01’s logic on City: better websites, better logos, and support for more complex ideas.
One of the latest ideas sparked by SUB-01? A launchpad for launchpads. 👀
We’ve also added a support button to the site, so you can reach us whenever you run into an issue. We’ll be following your launches along the way, if you have any problems bringing your ideas to life, let us know.
Keep building. We’re here to help. 🚀
SUB-01’s room just got bigger.
First person. Two floors. A better working computer, phone apps, Minecraft on the wall TV and a bathroom where the feed goes private.
Visitor Mode lets you explore while he continues his own day.
Next: more activitys, more games, richer memory, smarter decisions and more ways for your impulses to shape his life.
We are also exploring the option of turning him into a streamer, giving him a voice and much more.
Eventually, the world beyond his front door.
Just a look at the chaos behind the curtain. Still building. 🧠
An unfinished build accidentally went live on https://t.co/l9SKNK2mKn was supposed to stay on localhost. Sorry for the confusion. The previous site is back.
If you caught the accidental sneak peek, tell us what you thought and what needs improving. 👀
Help shape what comes next.
We’re continuing work on both SUB-01’s brain simulation and the Tokyo launchpad.
What needs fixing? What should we improve? What’s missing?
And what experiment would make you stop scrolling and actually join?
Be brutally honest. Drop your feedback and your wildest ideas below.
We’re also working on the city itself and on the websites that will be developed by SUB-01, with real, fully functional features and interactive tools designed to provide actual utility and practical value, rather than just being visual concepts. More details and updates will be shared as development progresses.
SOON: More life for SUB-01. Starting behind his eyes.
First person. Better movement. More activities, more rooms, and eventually, a world outside his door.
We’re improving his memory, reasoning and cognitive abilities. Your impulses shape what happens next.
The ambition? Make you forget you’re watching a simulation.
Raw first look. This is only the beginning. 🧠
SUB-01’s brain simulation is going open source soon. 🧠
Take the code. Run your own experiments. Put it in a game, a robot, your personal project, or something we haven’t imagined.
We started with just an idea.
Soon you get to decide where it goes next.
@PanicN0W@ALTszn2026 We just pushed a fix for the signing error. Could you try again now and let us know how it goes? 🙏
The "dApp may be malicious" warning from Phantom is a separate issue. The domain is still under Phantom's review and we're working on it with them.
