@nypost 2/2 Not surprising you're still so gullible. Do you also still believe Taylor Swift & Kelce/Massive Ego whose Greed knows NO End: are ANY different from an over the top PR lavender mariage ? It costs her a fortune & her Health to keep faking happiness against her better judgement
Venus retrograde in Scorpio asks us to look deeper and to be honest with ourselves especially in matters of relationships and self love.
Where have you never actually taken time to be by yourself, fully single and get to know who you truly are?
Where do you need to date yourself?
Where do you need to love yourself so much deeper?
Where do you need to actually take care of yourself so much deeper and consistently?
Where do you need to be alone to work on yourself and get yourself together?
Where do you need to be in relationship with yourself?
Where do you need to focus on you and solely you?
Where do you need to rethink your current relationships?
Where are your current relationships actually not heart and soul aligned?
Where do your current relationships actually make you disconnected for your truest self?
Where are your current relationships actually ego based?
Where do you need more soul aligned relationships?
Where do you need to get back to real deep heart and soul connection?
Where are you not following your heart?
Where is your heart and who do you truly want to be with?
Where do you need to take a chance on your heart?
Where do you need to heal your heart?
Where do you need to have enough courage to go be with who you truly want to be with?
Where do you need to redeem yourself?
Where are you settling in love/relationship?
Who do you know is your other half made just for you but you deny yourself of them?
Where do you need to pursue your heart?
Who do you want to build with and spend the rest of your life with?
Where do you need to rise in love?
Where did you give up on your person?
Where do you need to make a change so that you can be with the one god made just for you?
Where do you need to get back to faith and action in matters of your heart and soul?
Jimmy Goldstein is an awful guy. As mentioned He spends so much time in court fighting to be allowed to keep raising rents on seniors. Doubling them on many occasions. He even fought to keep raising them during Covid. It’s also weird he hates the Lakers but goes to every game. Kobe and Phil Jackson both hated him. But that’s the least of his issues.
The guy in the cowboy hat next to LeBron spends about $500,000 a year on courtside seats, and he pays for it with rent from retirees who can't take their homes and leave.
His name is James Goldstein. He's been to more than 5,000 NBA games, and he owns trailer parks in Southern California.
Here's the thing about trailer parks most people never think about. You own your home, but you rent the little patch of dirt it sits on. And "mobile" homes almost never move. The Supreme Court looked at this back in 1992 and noted that only about 1 in 100 ever gets moved once it's set down. Moving one can eat a huge chunk of what the house is even worth, and a lot of parks won't accept older homes anyway.
So if the landlord raises your lot rent, you can pay it, or you can walk away from a house you own outright.
That's basically the whole business model. It's why more than 100 cities and counties in California put rent control on mobile home parks, and it's why Goldstein has spent decades fighting them in court.
In 2006 he bought Colony Cove, a park for seniors in Carson, for about $23 million, most of it borrowed. The next year he asked the city to let him raise rent $618 a month per lot. The city said no. He's sued Carson at least eight times since, including a $78 million claim a state judge threw out. A federal jury gave him $3.3 million in 2016, and an appeals court took it back two years later.
In Palm Springs he tried something smarter. He moved to break his El Dorado park into individually owned lots, which can knock out local rent control and leave residents choosing between buying the ground under their own house or paying market rent. The city paid him $937,500 to settle, and the appeals ruling from that fight gave park owners all over California a legal path to do the same thing. It took a new state law in 2013 to let cities block those conversions when residents don't want them.
To give him his due, Goldstein argues rent control is unfair to owners, and when it comes to apartments a lot of economists would back him up. Trailer parks are where that argument gets a lot harder to make, because leaving means hauling your house down the freeway.
Now do the math on that 2007 raise. $618 a month comes out to about $7,400 a year per lot. The raise on roughly 67 lots would pay for an entire season of his courtside seats.
the upcoming taurus full moon wants you to know that MONEY isn’t the only resource you have. your time, your energy, your knowledge, your creativity, your relationships, + your skills are ALL resources too. some of the most valuable things you possess can’t be bought.
Mercury stations retrograde in Scorpio joining all the other retrograde planets- Venus, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Chiron.
Venus + Sun + Mercury all in Scorpio and the Full Moon Influenced by Scorpio is pushing us to dive into our deepest parts of ourselves, our lives and our shadows to truly face ourselves and make a change whether it’s to heal, get back into the drivers seat of our lives, course correct and/or get ourselves out of a hole we have been in for a while.
There’s a deeper need to come back into our power and get back on our own two feet on our own and clean up our lives/selves especially where we have given our power away to addictions, status, money, mindsets, generational patterns, toxic behavior, self sabotage and gotten off our own paths.
Life will continue to show us where we are out of alignment, where we are going against our heart and souls and where we are being unconscious in what we are creating/building and why.
What is going on internally shows up externally.
Mercury Rx brings us internally so that we can see what is truly going on within us and be/make the change.
no amount of police brutality changes material reality. france's debt and welfare crisis cannot be solved through violence against the people. this is just a desperate attempt by their government to protect the rich while everything collapses
French police just charged at protesters in Paris and started violently striking people entirely unprovoked according to an eyewitness on the ground:
“I’m here, the protesters didn't do anything. The police charged without any reason when we were just singing.”
The state is always violent, whether we are peaceful or not. It solely exists to serve capital, fund wars, and ensure the people obey the very system that’s rigged against us.
