Hi @Protean_Tech, During my new NPS account creation, system picked up wrong bank address based on IFSC code provided. I have been raising grievances but they are asking me to provide proof, to prove bank branch exists in other location than what NPS system is showing.

Analysis is going on since 17th Mar with no defined end date. Please check the program / module which takes IFSC code as input and runs query to get bank address. Identify the source table or view used in SQL query.

As mentioned before, I have submitted multiple grievances. I am being asked to prove bank exists in different location. NPS system is picking up wrong address. I think NPS system needs update to pick up correct branch details.

@TSRTAIndia Reaching out to seek support to resolve DL renewal issue. Sent email to support team, TAfolio team multiple times, still no result. Visited RTA office, they redirected to support team.
