@opsec_is_hard Oh and if you try to give it admin on startup, it'll try to prevent you from accessing the hard disk. Pretty much malware if you don't approve the requests yourself - made worse when it doesn't function correctly on a regular user account.

I would say that this *was* a difficult decision to reach, with however many moving parts there were it sure as hell isn't easy - but it is made easier when Discord makes changes without regard to its existing architecture...

A rework of the community server began last week, with the removal of distractions ... gradual migration of existing resources to a web based presence.

In future, Discord will not be used as a prototype or deployment platform for newer projects.
