@pandocruises I’m so upset Yesterday sent me a confirmation for a cruise I hadn’t booked & an amendment to my cruise for my 50th which I had not made! On phone today sorting it out Now I’ve received cancellations for both after being assured my 50th was back to original booking😢

@ChesterRaces totally disappointed Over 1hr in traffic trying to get in, an hour in a queue as the app tickets wouldn’t work, finally getting in & finding out thousands of people are crammed into what only can be described as a carpark with steps! Now back in the car going home!
