@AXA i called your helpline this am pressed option for commercial on 2 occasions was put through to incorrect dept. When i explained this to cusomer serviceb official she actally hung up. Can you please trace this call.
@GeoDirectory_ie I had requested an amendment to our business eircode on 10th Nov but this has not been actioned. Have tried to phone for update but cannot get through... can anyone help me?????
@Sue31460@Eircode Hi Sue, Sorry to hear that but the query was only put our system via our query form on the 30/11, and its is then updated to Eircode every qtr along with our other clients. So it will not be amended into the system until our January 2021 update has been received by them.
@GeoDirectory_ie@GeoDirectory_ie I am still awaiting a reply on ref 17348 is there anything that can be done. I havectried @Eircode but they have told me I need to contact you. Very poor service.
@CenterParcsIE emailed 20th Oct no response so emailed to cancel 3rd still no response. I am now on hold in phone told it could be an hour! I did receive email seeking payment. So frustrating.
@harveynormanIE i placed online photo order 23rd Sept, I received confirmation of order 25th Sept but when I attended store on earlier this week they were unable to locate my photos. They did not take my details or try and trace them. I have emailed your customer service.
@Dyson i have been trying to get through to your customer service for last two days but have been unsuccessful. I have emailed [email protected] but as yet no reply. My in warantee cordless V11 has a broken part. How can I get this replaced?
