DO NOT BUY FROM CLARKES-OXFORD. I bought a dress from them. It is nothing like the picture, cheap horrible fabric, pose as English company but not. Will NOT give my money back unless I send it back to China which will cost about £20. Do NOT USE.

Do NOT buy from @zarahome. I bought an expensive chair that should have been delivered by Evri a week ago. Every time I contact Zara they say it is out for delivery. It is not. This has gone on for days. They will not sort it out, simply saying that is what the computer says.

DO NOT buy anything from @zarahome. I bought two pieces of furniture. Only 1 delivered by @Evri that dumped it one the doorstep. Other piece missing. @zarahome totally ineffectual at doing anything to track it down. Spent £500. Disgusting.

@evri NEVER EVER use Evri, terrible service. I have 2 pieces of expensive furniture on order from Zara home. 1st piece delivered by Evri. No notification. Just left on doorstep where it could be stolen. 2nd piece just disappeared. Can’t contact them. Terrible service.
