4 MONTHS TAKING MONEY FROM MY BANK FOR PHONE INSURANCE THAT WAS CANCELLED IN MARCH.....4 MONTHS TELLING ME YOU ARE GOING TO REFUND, BUT EACH MONTH TAKING THE MONEY.
THEN TELLING ME I NEVER CANCELLED THE INSURANCE WHEN I HAVE PROOF I DID.

I cancel my daughters phone insurance in March. I have proof in a SMS from you dated 11 March, and another saying the insurance is cancelled. But you keep charging me,then tell me in yet another email yesterday that I never cancelled it. LIARS.
