A teen was caught on Ring camera in North Fort Worth chasing and shooting dogs with gel bullets

The footage shows the teen repeatedly opening fire on the terrified dogs as they try to hide... even going so far as to drop down and try and shoot underneath an SUV.

You can hear the bullets striking cars in the driveway and the side of the house.
