JUST IN: @DHSgov has confirmed that a truck driver charged in a deadly collision in Ohio is an illegal alien from India unleashed by the Biden regime.

The horrific tragedy unfolded at around 9 p.m. on Sept. 2 in Brown County.

A tractor-trailer heading northbound on U.S. Route 68 reportedly attempted to pass another vehicle, but after swerving into the southbound lane, the big rig slammed head-on into a southbound vehicle driven by Brenda Watson, 50.

Watson was pronounced deceased at the scene.

A witness told investigators the big rig driver had been traveling at "excessive speed" but also had "ample time and space to merge back into the northbound lane" before the collision, according to a criminal complaint reviewed by WLWT.

"Her car literally went up, came down. There was smoke. It was bad," LeAnn Shepherd stated.

"It was like I seen it was going to happen, before it happened, and I already had my phone to call 911."

The driver of the semi, identified as 39-year-old Manjit Singh, was arrested and charged with aggravated vehicular homicide.

Singh illegally crossed the southern border into Arizona in 2023 and was released by U.S. Border Patrol.

He was granted work authorization by the Biden administration in August 2024 and was issued a commercial driver's license by the sanctuary state of California.

“This illegal alien from India has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide after allegedly causing a semi-truck crash that killed 50-year-old Brenda Watson in Ohio,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin.

“He has no business being in our country or on our roads, but because of the reckless open borders of the Biden Administration and the sanctuary policies of Gavin Newsom’s California, he was able to obtain a CDL that allowed him behind the wheel of a semi-truck."

Immigration and Customs Enforcement has lodged a detainer against Singh, who is being held in Brown County Jail on $250,000 cash bond.

Brenda Watson "was a faithful member of Brier Ridge Church, where she attended every Sunday and found comfort and fellowship among her church family," her obituary states.

An Ohio native, Watson is survived by her daughter, son, sister, and extended family.

California Election Fraud Update:

James Brass, 47, of Victorville, was arrested today on a federal indictment charging him with paying people on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to sign petitions using stolen identities of registered voters to qualify initiatives on ballots in California elections.

Brass is expected to make his initial appearance this afternoon in United States District Court in Riverside.

Also charged in the two-count indictment are two petition circulators who worked for Brass: Courtney Price, 49, of Jacksonville, Florida, and Jateisha Herron, 33, of Boron, California.

All three defendants are charged with one count of conspiracy to commit identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony. Brass and Price are charged with an additional count of identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony.

The charged conduct undermines the confidence voters have in our election systems. We will vigorously investigate and charge anyone involved in corrupting our elections.

Fondomonte (a U.S. subsidiary of Saudi dairy company Almarai) has grown alfalfa in western Arizona since 2014 and ships the hay overseas. Rural groundwater outside Active Management Areas was largely unregulated, so pumping on those farms was legal. Saudi Arabia had already restricted alfalfa at home because of its own aquifer collapse.

What Hobbs actually did: In October 2023 her administration canceled one Butler Valley state-trust lease for uncured defaults dating to 2016 and declined to renew three others that expired in February 2024. By March 2024 the company was no longer irrigating those state parcels.

Fondomonte still owns thousands of acres nearby (Vicksburg / Ranegras Plain) and continued pumping there. In January 2026 the state designated the Ranegras Plain basin an Active Management Area. That lets regulators limit new pumping and require conservation; it does not immediately shut the existing farm off. Attorney General Kris Mayes also sued the company over well impacts and land subsidence.

The ad language (“outsiders have been stealing our resources… I tackled the problem… canceled the Saudi water lease”) is therefore directionally tied to real executive actions, but it overstates the result. The company was not evicted from Arizona, the water was not “stolen” in a legal sense, and the largest remaining operation is now regulated rather than ended. Previous governors left the cheap state leases and the unregulated rural pumping in place; Hobbs used lease defaults and later the AMA process to change parts of that arrangement.

Those were the words Mohamed Atta broadcast from the cockpit of American Airlines Flight 11 on September 11, 2001 as he and the other Islamic hijackers steered the plane toward the North Tower.

“Nobody move. Everything will be okay. If you try to make any moves, you’ll endanger yourself and the airplane. Just stay quiet.”

They counted on silence. They got it. Minutes later that plane slammed into the World Trade Center.

Then came Flight 93. Passengers learned what was happening. They did not stay quiet. They said “Let’s roll.” They fought. The plane went down in a Pennsylvania field instead of the Capitol or the White House. Those passengers saved lives because they refused the terrorists’ instruction.

That is the lesson. The only hijacked plane that missed its target was the one where Americans did not stay silent.

The same tactic is used today. Do not name the ideology. Do not speak. Do not resist. Stay quiet while the civilizational threat continues.

If we want to honor the 2,977 murdered and the thousands injured, we do not obey the hijacker. We name what drove them: Islam. An ideology that still seeks to impose itself on free people.

'Jesus, Help Us' - Todd Beamer’s Last Prayer on Flight 93

On 9/11, Todd Beamer led the assault on Flight 93.

He reached an operator on the ground, Lisa Jefferson. Soft-spoken. Calm. He told her three men had taken the plane. He told her his name. He told her he was from New Jersey. He told her he had two boys, David and Andrew, and a wife expecting their third child.

He said, “Oh, Jesus, help us.”

Then he asked her to pray.

They recited the Lord’s Prayer together, start to finish.

"Our Father which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

When they finished he said, “Jesus, help me.”

He made her promise: if he did not make it, tell his wife and sons he loved them.

Jefferson later said she knew in that moment that he knew. There was not much left for him to do. So he prayed. Then he went out on faith.

He turned to the men with him.

“Are you ready? Okay. Let’s roll.”

They rose. The plane never reached Washington.
Jefferson kept her promise.

She called Lisa Beamer and told her everything her husband had asked her to say.
