Day four of the staycation and it’s really hot already 🥵 had all the rubbish finally collected, tips are currently closed! I might do some work in the bathroom as it’s slightly cooler upstairs.

Day three of staycation, had a lovely visit and shopping with my beautiful best friend Joanne, Scrabble night tonight.

Day 2 of my staycation, put together my two new shelves for the shed, cleared out the shed and the spiders 🕷️ 🤢 and sorted everything into shelves and off the floor, I’m now covered in dust and cobwebs. Made a start on the kitchen cupboards.

Week off work, have a few jobs to do around the house. First job, repair the curtain pole, about an hour sweating and few swear words later, it's done. 😅

Give your hard earned cash to local charities run by locals, for locals, on a shoestring, that puts the end project at the centre of its messaging, not big commercial charities, many now captured by activists, funded by certain individuals with agendas.. who spend fortunes on ad campaigns, ceo salaries, PR companies & huge running costs, where only a fraction of your pound ever makes it way to the end goal.
