I get what he’s trying to do, however, once again, this is disingenuous.
0.13% of Canadians is completely wrong.
He failed to mention all the Canadian small business owners and professionals that are incorporated do not gain access to the $250,000 exemption amount. What happened to “helping small business”? Now they need to pay a “little more” after taking away all family income splitting opportunities.
Much less common, however still an issue, Canadians with properties in trusts (such as family cabins) also can’t take advantage of the $250,000 exemption.
However, I guess if you keep labeling these changes as “the rich need to pay more” it will work on many voters…
@GregDurocher@TrueNorthCentre He won’t miss his pension, they moved out the election date so that a bunch of both liberals and NDPs will get their pensions.

@janephilpott Not ideal as you have moved out the timing of the second dose to 4 months. Less effective vaccines for all, is not a great strategy https://t.co/iRuAG9szoU
Why is Ontario moving the second vaccines out to four months? Our country is so far behind already, and now we are vaccinating people against the guidance of those that created and tested the products? Less than 58% after two weeks.... https://t.co/iRuAG9szoU
