Great first half and really should have gone in more than 1 up. Millwall changed their game plan and we couldn't cope. Went from an easy win to lucky not to lose. Millwall will be happier with a point than us but we didn't lose to a promotion rival so take the positives #itfc

Despite all the uproar about the ref we were not good enough first half and gave Leicester opportunities. Different side second half, but we gave them something to defend and in their position its bodies on the line to keep the ball out. At least we managed a point! #itfc

We still have no idea how to play the low block, Preston looked the better side at times and were great at the 'dark arts' which the ref repeatedly fell for. Awful performance from him but not the reason we didn't win. Let's hope our away form improves! #itfc

A good win despite not performing well, must credit Sheffield Wednesday though as they looked good at times and made it difficult. Keep averaging 2 points per game and let's see where it takes us! #itfc

Could have played all night and not scored, Wrexham dogged defensively but looked poor other than that. Need to learn how to unlock teams here for a point and start being more ruthless in front of goal. Another two points dropped in games we should be winning #itfc

@jones_itfc We played above ourselves, but compared to some of the sides we came up against I wouldn't say we were the most talent laden team in the division that year.

Charlton reminded me of our promotion side, not massively talented but had desire, team spirit and a will to win. We lack all of that and have no plan b. Not good enough and a deserved Charlton win #itfc #cafc

Well not great, gave a pretty poor Derby side 2 easy goals and the ref let them get away with a lot. Philogene is not worth starting, Hirst needs dropping too, but we salvaged a point somehow. Need to integrate the new players quickly, can't afford too many failures.#itfc

A good point won and some encouraging signs but we're just not quite there yet. The side is starting to gel and a couple more additions in key areas will make a difference, as will game time together. Taken points off 2 sides expecting to be in the mix, so not a bad thing #itfc

Exactly this, the one thing it cannot be when the ball is in play is another corner, would love to see a replay of exactly when he blows for a foul as I thought it was taken.

More officiating / VAR nonsense at #ITFC today.
Corner taken, referred to VAR for a possible penalty - so the ball is deemed to be in play.
No penalty, so the corner is retaken?!? Brentford score from it.
The one thing that play shouldn’t have re-started with a is a corner.

This is so accurate a summing up of our season, you just cannot drop that many points and expect to survive. Inexperience and naivety has cost us and we go down, regroup and learn from the mistakes. #itfc

I was over-optimistic for @IpswichTown earlier this season. Thought they’d sort out the defensive naivety, be less dependent on Delap. But 2day summed up the season - 25 pts dropped from winning positions, only 7pts at home. But their pride & passion didn’t waver. They’ll be back

@Tgarratt10 It's about quality and scouting, most established premier league teams have at least 1 elite level player and are attractive to that calibre, promoted clubs need to find hidden gems as the very top level players don't want a relegation battle. The gap will only get bigger.

Another game of what ifs, more clinical with the chances we create and it's a different game. But yet again clinical finishing by the opposition and we're on the wrong end of the result. Godfrey had a stinker but it wasn't a bad performance, doesn't get you points though #itfc

@Stuart_Watson No right answer, keeping Muric in is almost like accepting relegation but it's tough to throw Slicker in when we're struggling for results. If we buy then it's hard to see who is available for a sensible price and would improve us enough.
