@DaddyCoffee73 @EmmaSzewczak They are 2 completely different structures… a conservatory is a fully glass roofed structure, horrible to regulate with heat in hot and cold seasons. An extension would be traditional roof, hipped or flat and may contain velux’s. It would need planning perm and building regs.
