@Pepperfry I try to connect to customer care daily via your chat it but still no one responds. I still have no clue when the replacement will come. All the parts are lying at my house just like that. Is that how you make customers suffer???
@Pepperfry I have not seen a service as bad as yours.. I had ordered table which turned to be the biggest mistake of my life. The table came damaged, the case was closed without my consent and now no response from anyone at Pepperfry.

Already raised a request for surrendering connection and it was closed without any action, then raised a complaint and that too was closed without any action! What shall I do now when no one bothers??

@PMOIndia@FinMinIndia After a major Bypass surgery at Indraprastha Apollo hospital, Delhi my uncle is stuck in the hospital from over 24 hrs now due to No Response for claim from @NICLofficial or TPA. Bill had been sent to NICL by hospital from over 24 hours but no one is responding.
@PMOIndia@FinMinIndia@NICLofficial@NICLofficial or TPA are not giving any proper response. Looks like they r just trying to escape frm it without even considering the health of patient who has undergone major bypass surgery & hospital readmitted my uncle because they didn't respond over final bill sent to them
@PMOIndia@FinMinIndia@NICLofficial Sir, Please help us ๐so that we can bring my uncle back home who is unnecessarily stuck in hospital after a major surgery just because of someone's irresponsible behavior. My family is also calling them and struggling to get some response but no one is ready to respond.

But please ask your delivery agents to do door step deliveries. The agent I talked to today said that your headquarters have told them not to do doorstep deliveries.

@DTDCIndia My parcel is marked delivered by ur agent without even delivering my parcel to me. I m sorry i used DTDC services for such important parcel. I won't repeat this mistake next time, I beg please give me my parcel this time, its very important as it contains my kid's medicines ๐
@DTDCIndia My complaint that my parcel is missing, has been closed by customer care dept telling that package is delivered but no one pays attention to my complaint that I have NOT received the package.
Is that how dtdc provides services???

Someone please help me ๐ Bank is not at all resolving this & I don't know how to get back my hard earned money. I have no access to use or even view my account. This is absolutely devastating for me. How can a bank not allow customer to view and use their own account for a month
