@PortugalinSF My wife and I had applied for Schengen visa on Sep 29th. We Still have not received our passports back. Our travel dates are coming very close. We will lose our airfare and hotel accommodation money. Can you please look into this.

My wife & I applied for Schengen visas at the San Francisco location on Sep 29th. But,we still have not yet received our passports back. No update at all.Our travel dates are coming up very soon & we will lose a lot of money on air tickets and hotels.
