My mother’s medication has been stuck at DTDC Powai for 3–4 days, with staff showing no urgency to deliver it. I never wanted to record this video, but their attitude left me with no choice. This isn’t content—it’s a son worried about his mother’s health. @DTDCIndia, do better!
