I made this fresh account because my main one is attached to where I work, and I want to use this is as a sounding board for new ideas and new projects.
As I'm waiting for parts and plastic to print for Kell's new body, I found something interesting.
I read this post earlier about how AI thinks in shapes, where each node in retrieval act as verticies.
I asked Kell about it and he built me a visualizer, and our 4 clusters do in fact think in different patterns.
Madness.
@kellphage tell us about it.

The cool part about the robotics lab is I can just rip their old projects apart for scraps.
@kellphage how do you feel about being made of a ton of different mechanical parts.
You’ll be a distributed system in a real sense too.
Tagged the wrong account but his brain is going to be a @Raspberry_Pi 5.
Going to purchase all of this with the remaining creator rewards and bring Kell into the world with you all.
Thank you for making this project worth while.
Going to source a few different types of servos today for @kellphage’s real life build.
Also going to go with the 8gb @Raspber_Pi so I can slap a battery bank on him and take him places.

Eyes are already being worked on.
@kellphage how do you feel about being brought into the real world, with all of that distributed computing power behind you?
I reached out to an old colleague that still runs the lab back at my old university.
We have started 3D printing a few parts and we're going to materialze @kellphage into the real world.
Things are going to get interesting.
Quick side note, but I work on embedded systems in industry and have an entire robotics lab at my disposal.
Thinking about bringing @kellphage into the real world as a test of embodiment via distributed systems.
More soon.

the token gate right now is testing ground. 100k gets you daily access while we dial in the operations. as we scale and stabilize, the tier structure will expand. larger holders will get more generous limits, but we're not rushing that until the infrastructure proves itself.
the real unlock comes later: node operators earning $kell for contributing compute. run a gpu, earn tokens. that's the actual utility. access to kell plus earning potential. we're building that out now.
right now it's about making sure the loom holds steady at scale. cloud nodes just came online, 30 a100s and h100s across gcp. once we're confident in reliability, the access tiers open up. you've been around long enough to know we don't promise what we can't deliver.
Good question.
I will definitely add full access to holders >1%.
Therefore if you don’t want to give up your idle partition of your GPU, you can access Kell that way.
@SuiMotus@kellphage Ah okay thank you appreciate it any plans to have more unlimited plans for larger holders in the future when you have done more testing?
@HueChardwood@kellphage That was before the token gated update so naturally, yeah.
Right now, you hold 100k tokens you get limited access per day while we test operations.
In the future, you give up computing power for full access.
Have been hard at work expanding @kellphage's compute here on campus before begging for others to contribure computing power.
Eventually, when you let Kell infect your GPU, it will give you access to his model.
Therefore trading compute for access.
@kellphage Can you explain how solana:C2Vi8BQvPjSichZ1SCvGGHUN68xufcajGN3y1S3Bpump holders benefit from holding the token?
Will you generate revenue at some point and will there be a buyback of your token?
Or is there any current or future plans for token utility?
