basically instant factoring for short-term rentals

wild detail buried in the AtlasOra docs: they don't just hold your booking money in escrow, they actually put it to work in Aave the entire time it's sitting there
so the ~60 days between you paying and the host getting paid isn't dead time anymore

think about how weird the current system is: you pay upfront, host waits weeks to get their payout, and that money just sits there earning yield for the platform, not you, not the host
