आज मेरे एक परिचित की मृत्यु हो गई - VIP कल्चर और सरकार की लचर व्यवस्था के कारण

एक्सीडेंट हुआ, सर में चोट लगा और फिर एंबुलेंस से विंटेल्टर के साथ 3 घंटे की यात्रा करके रांची पहुंची लेकिन

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री इरफान अंसारी और पेयजल स्वच्छता मंत्री योगेंद्र प्रसाद RIMS का निरीक्षण कर रहे थे, चारों तरफ जाम लगा हुआ था। कुछ किलोमीटर जाने में काफी समय लग गया, झारखंड के सबसे बड़े सरकारी अस्पताल के गेट पर पहुंचकर कुछ मिनट में मृत्यु हो गई।

अस्पताल के डॉक्टर और कर्मचारी का रवैया पूछिए मत, घमंड ऐसे जैसे पृथ्वी इनके ही आदेश से घूम रही हो।

कैंसर एक ऐसी बीमारी ने जिसने करोड़ो घर तबाह किए हैं ।
सिर्फ मरीज ही नहीं बल्कि मरीज के परिवारों को ।

दवाइयों का खर्च वहन करते करते लोग ���ूट जाते हैं ।

और कैसे नहीं टूटेंगे अगर 600 रुपये की दवाई पर सरकार ने छूट दे रखी है 12000 रुपये MRP रखने की ।

जी हाँ ।
दवाई है Paclitaxel ।
रिटेलर खरीदते हैं 600 में और MRP है 12000.

एक मरीज को कई बार 20-30 vial की ज़रूरत पड़ती है ।

और ये कोई एक दवाई की बात नहीं ।
कीमोथेरेपी की ज़्यादातर दवाइयों का यही हाल है ।

200% मार्जिन भी समझ में आता है लेकिन 1900% margin??
वो कैंसर जैसी बीमारी में , जिसका इलाज वैसे भी काफ़ी लंबा चलता है??

ग़रीब तो मर ही जाएगा ना?
ये तो ठीक नहीं हैं ना साहब ?

मेरी मां राज हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट हैं। कल गुरुवार को उनका नी रिप्लेसमेंट का ऑपरेशन है। मंगलवार को मैं और पत्नी खाना पहुंचाने हॉस्पिटल आ रहे थे। डोरंडा में बिजली विभाग ने केबल काट कर सड़क पर फेंक दिया, जिससे उलझकर मैं गिर गया और मेरा दायां पैर टूट गया। मां का कल ऑपरेशन है और मैं घर में अकेला दौड़-धूप करने वाला हूं। बिजली विभाग की इस लापरवाही का हर्जाना कौन देगा। मेरी इस मुश्किल और दर्द का कौन जिम्मेदारी लेगा?

क्या इनके खिलाफ कुछ कार्रवाई नहीं होनी चाहिए ?
